Allah, sent a revelation to Hazrat Musa علیہ السلام, that if you want that I become as close to you as your words are close to your tongue, as close as your heartbeat is to your heart, as close as your soul is to your body, as close as the light is to your eyes, as close as your hearing is to your ears, then send Durud on the last messenger, Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ.
Hazrat Ans bin Malik رضی اللہ عنہ narrated that Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ said that: the person who sends darood on me once, then Allah creates a cloud from the breath of that person and then orders that cloud to transform into rain. When this rain falls, then from every drop that falls onto the ground, Allah creates gold and from every drop that falls onto the mountains, Allah creates silver and for the drops that fall on every non-muslim lead to his fate belonging to those who believe. (Makashaft al Qaloob, Imam Ghazali)
It is the supreme blessing of Allah that we are from amongst the ummat of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and this gift is the one that is given without having asked. Whatever thanks we give to Allah, it can never be comparable to this gift. Along with this, Allah also gave us so many other benefits that come along with being part of the ummat of Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ, one if which is the benefit of earning more reward even for lesser effort. Subhan Allah!
The action that leads to meeting the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ according to Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ himself:
Which Muslim wouldn't have the desire to meet the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ but according to the love for our last messenger, this desire can have different levels. Allama Skhafi wrote in Qaul e badi, the saying of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ himself, that he who sends darood on the soul of Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ out of all the souls, and he who sends durud on the body( jasd e ithar) of Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ out of all the bodies and he who sends durud on the grave of Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ out of all the graves, he will meet me in his dream and said that he who sees me in his dream would see me on the day of judgment and he who sees me on that day, I would make a request on his behalf and for whom I make a request he would drink water that I give him and he who drinks that water, Allah would make the fire of hell illegal for that person.
Allama Skhafi writes in another place that the person who makes the decision of meeting the Messenger of Allah, he should recite the following darood,
The person who recites this durud in an odd amount would be granted the privilege of meeting Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in his dream. Along with the above mentioned durud, the person should also recite the following durud too.
اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی رُوْحِ مُحَمَّدٍ فِی الْاَرْوَاحِ، اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی جَسَدِ مُحَمَّدٍ فِی الْاَجْسَادِ اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی قَبَرِ مُحَمَّدٍفِی الْقُبُوْرِA pious person once said that the most sweetest and delicious thing about durud is that in reward for reciting it, the person gets to meet the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in his dream. (Fazayal Durud Shareef). However a prerequisite for meeting Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ in your dream is the effort done to follow and love the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah. Along with this, it's important that the person sincerely feels a strong love for the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ such that sacrificing something for the prophet's sake is not a problem. It must be kept in mind that one should make a focused effort to keep his record of deeds devoid of any sin that may be a source of sorrow for the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ on the day of judgment. A special method to meet the prophet Muhammad ﷺ
Sir Michael Hart was a famous historian of the 20th century, who was quite an expert in his field. He wrote a famous book on the 100 amazing personalities which is readily available even today from any bookstore. This book talks about those people that have had a remarkable impact and have played a pivotal role in improving the lives of others.
In this book, Sir Michael Hart gave the 1st number to our beloved prophet Muhammad ﷺ owing to the fact that Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ helped improves the conditions of the Arab world through his character and leadership qualities. These qualities helped eradicate the old meaningless traditions of the Arabs and instead introduced a system of justice and truth that was able to establish a community of Muslims that reigned over 23 lakh square miles and was able to defeat the mighty kingdoms of kayser and kasra. These kingdoms were like USA and Russia of our times. And the ability to defeat them was the result of intense effort by Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ. And this is why, the author of the before mentioned book gave the first number to Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ.
To love the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is an important part of every Muslim’s faith and everyone is aware of the fact that success in this world and the hereafter is pivoted on following the Sunnah of Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ. Along with this there remains the desire in the hearts of many muslims that they get the privilege of performing Umrah and Hajj as well as meet Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ in their dream. And this is the very reason behind my writing sent to Ubqari magazine. I want the readers of Ubqari which without doubt number in million to be able to meet Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ in their dream which will be a source of great comfort and peace for them. Following is the darood that will help Muslims fulfill their desire of meeting the Messenger of Allah. Reading this darood will help Insha’Allah within the first week of reading it.
Method: On Thursday after Maghrib prayer offer two rakat nafal with the intention of meeting Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ. In these nafl after Surah Fatihah recite ayat ul kursi 11 times followed by surah Ikhlas 11 times. Do this for both rakat. After completing this, recite a tasbeeh of the following durud.
صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَی النَّبِیِّ الْاُمِّیِّ وَعَلٰی آلِہٖ وَاَصْحَابِہٖ وَبَارَکَ وَسَلَّمَ۔ After Isha prayer, sleep on a clean bed in a state of wudu along with following the sunnah of the Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ. A pious man once said that doing the above method from one Thursday to the next Friday will reap positive results. (Bay,kha).
